Beautiful Ammonite Fossil Pendant! Such a wonderful example of the Fibonacci sequence. This ammonite fossil has been set in Argentium Silver. 

 

Fossil info: genus Cleoniceras, estimated to be 110 million years old. From the Cretaceous period (145 - 66 million years ago). Closest living relatives are Octopus, Squid, and Cuttlefish.  Closest cousin is the Nautilus.

 

Origin: Madagascar

Pendant measurements: approx. 36.8mm x 19.9mm x 5.8mm  (25.4mm = 1 inch)
